this PVC edge banding extrusion line is special design to produce the various plastic edge banding , it has the advantage of "double output " , it can inrease the production efficiency , the complete production line include as below :

1. PVC edge/profile extrusion line with glue coating equipment

2. double output mould

3 printing lines is to print the various wood grain

4. UV coating lines is to make the surface of the edge band shining .

5. the width of the edge band allow from 12mm-80mm

6  the thickness of the edge band from 0.3-5mm.
