2. Extruder adopt PET Special Screw, screw with unique separate and mixing-refine effect, it ensures materials even plasticization. Extruder is with quantitative feeding, stable extrusion, which can ensure the uniformity of horizontal & Vertical size for Straps.
3. Die/Mould design through users requirements, same mould can produce different size products; improved mesh-exchange unit with no material-leakage.
4. Adopt Static extension machine, instead of early water-cooling tank, casting sheet cooled under certain constant temperature, it increases molecule vertical orientation and increase finished products Tensile Strength.
5. Do warming & annealing treatment on molding straps, it can remove the partial residual stress after tensile, stabilize module orientation, it relieves stored strap distortion effectively.
6. Coiling machine adopts double-roll unit, with simple operation, and change the rolls conveniently.
