♣Vacuum autoloader
This machine is used to realize the airflow conveying of granulated resin by means of the technology of low vacuum,
it can be used with a hopper dryer to automatize dry material-suppling. It has the advantage of high efficiency, low noise and reliable performance.
♣PET dryness system
This machine can save energy by 27-65%. It can avoid a second wet of granulated plastics after drying when directly linking the material inlet of the molding machine. Great in drying ability, and it can increase projecting speed time. The quality of finished products can be improved.
♣ Extruder
PET PP packing tape band production line is composed of the SJ series single screw extruder. This series extruder is developed with German technology.
Screw is separate type with mixing part. Barrel is grooved feed type with lengthened feeding part. This single screw
extruder is mainly used to process PP, PE, PVC, ABS and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can
manufacture profiles, sheets, granulations and other plastic products. It has the advantage of simple production
technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.
