Through three-lay co-extruded technology, the product adopts special design of spiral three-lay co-extruded mould, which has ensured the three layer thickness can be regular and the thickness of each layer can be adjusted. Spiral shunt head can be equipped with the static mixing system, and the material layers can overlap each other fully; compared with the traditional mould head, internal pressure distributes more evenly. The middle reinforcement layer of PPR pipes of ABA type arranges glass fibre regularly, integrating with the inner and outside PPR layer organically, which obviously eliminates the suspension of the unfold installation of pure PPR pipes and reduces rope expansion coefficient of pipes. It saves materials, reduces cost, and be more competitive compared with the pure PPR pipes of same standard and pressure level. The production line is equipped with the automatic vacuum feeding machine, the automatic constant temperature dryer; The specially designed vacuum calibration and cooling system and stainless steel tank, adopting multi-stage water cooling to ensure the high-speed production of thick-wall pipes and large diameter pipes. High torque reduction box, variable frequency speed regulator, programmable controller, touch screen, electric control system and code spraying machine all adopt imported products of top brand. Totally new chipless auto cutting saw with smooth cutting section and high precision and low noise. As a multifunctional device, it can produce HDPE silicon-core pipes, ordinary PPR, PE, PEX pipes. We can provide technical formula and turn-key project to our customers.
