Description:

SHZU series full automatic extrusion blow molding machine are equipped with Siemens industrial computer, Yuken hydraulic electromagnetic valve; pressure and flow are controlled by computer. The most advanced differential theory is used in the mould clamping system. The machine is characterized by fast speed, high pressure and energy efficient. Position is controlled by proximity switch which can ensure the fast but stable speed and efficient energy. Alloyed steel electroplating die can directly adjust the weight and thickness of the products. Motor is controlled by DELTA inverter which can ensure energy efficiency, fast and stable speed as well as high productivity. We also can as per your requirements to adopt with the thickness controller Moog (100point) and automatic take out unit &cutting unit.
