This product is one of the precursors during the Invivo synthesis of noradrenalin, dopamine, and so on. It can increase the level ofdopamine in cerebral tissue. Parkinsonism is caused by the lack of dopamine incerebral tissue, so this product can be used in the clinical treatment of parkinsonism.

It can alleviate the symptom (outsourced dopamine cannot pass Blood-Brain Barrier,so it cannot be used directly). It is also effective upon similar symptoms causedby manganese and cobalt toxicosis. It has certain curative effect on liver stuporcaused by acute liver failure.
