1.PVC Double pipe extrusion line can produce different size of pipe with the corresponding accessory machines.

2.PVC Double pipe extrusion line is composed of Conical twin screw extruder,PVC pipe production molds, Vacumm calibration tank,Caterpillar haul off, Planetary Cutter and automatic stacker.

3.Screw structure designed specifically for PVC powder,different to the rotation speed:1 ~ 30r/min. 

4.Barrel Material:high-temperature nitriding, the surface hardness of the head with double alloy ≥ HV940. 

5.Cooling: fan provided with air as the media to provide accurate temperature control.

6.This line aslo equipped with:Quantitative feeding system,Vacuum exhaust,Electrical Control System.

7.Molds material: Steel 45#, Where contact with the materials hard chrome plating.

8.Sizing sleeve material: tin bronze.
