PPR pipe extrusion machine uses highly active screw extruder that we developed, and it has the characteristics of high speed extrusion and high plasticization.PP-R special screw notches barrel. The newly equipped twice distributaries mold can extrude products under low temperature and low pressure. 

 

PPR pipe extrusion machine is controlled by PLC program and equipped with perfect man-machine interface. After extruding by the identified line, PPR cold/hot water pipe extruder plastic machinery can produce pipes with identified color line. When PPR pipe extrusion machinery changes its mold, PPR cold and hot water pipe plastic machine can produce PE PPA PPB pipes. 

 

PPR pipe plastic extrusion machine mainly used to produce the tubing production line which takes the PP-R resin as the raw material, when PPR pipe extruder machine is also suitable for the tubing production with PB, PPC, PE resin as the raw material.
