COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:

HDPE Pipe Production Line is applied for manufacturing PE pipes with different pressure classes needed in field of petrol gas, agriculture, architecture, telecom communication, etc..

The complete extrusion consists of following items:

l  Single screw extruder

l  Co- extruder: manufacturing marking line on pipe or multilayer of pipes

l  Die head

l  Vacuum tank: due to diameter, it can be designing of single, double vacuum chamber

l  Cooling tank: due to diameter, the numbers of cooling tank can be one, two or three

l  Haul-offs: due to diameter, it can be designing of double, three, four, six, eight, ten, twelve caterpillars

l  Cutter: due to diameter, it can be designing of no-scraps cutter or planetary cutter

l  Coiler/Tipping chute
