Equal elbow

Brass compression fittings are composed of brass body, brass o-ring and brass nut.

The material is usually used of brass type HPb58-3 or HPb59-1, but customers’ requirements are also allowed. The process of production is forging, shot blasting, fine finishing, assemblying, testing and packing.

Brass compression fittings include thress series — Straights, Elbows and Tees. They can connect multi-layer pipes and plastic pipes with sizes 1216, 1620, 2025/2026, 2632, 3240 and 4050. brass compression fittings are easy to install, just put the pipe into the fitting and tighten the nut, without any special tools.

They can be used for hot and cool water supply system and civil heating system. Brass compression fittings have 3 types according to the color of fittings. One type is natural brass color, no surface treatment. Another type is silvery white color, which is nickel-plated after machining. The other one is inner brass color and outer silvery whit, which is nickel-plated before machining.
