White crystals, relative density is 1.803, melting point is 190°C, easy to dissolve in water and less to dissolve in alcohol, PH value of 1%water solution is 4.5.

 Mainly used for the fireproofing agent of wood, paper and textile, and also for additive of fireproofing dopes, powder fireproofing agent ,leaven and nutrient in food industry, and high-efficiency compound fertilizer.
