Pancreatin
Product Introduction
Pancreatin is a complex enzyme produced through extracting and refining, which contains protease, amylase and lipase, etc. Boiling or acid can make its water solution lose activity immediately. This product has strong decomposing capability of protein, starch and fat under neutral or alkalescent conditions (pH6.8~8.5). It is souble in water but insouble in ethanol and diethyl ether. Pancreatin is widely applied to food, pharmaceutical, brewing, silk and leather industries.

Safety
1.Pancreatin is a natural enzyme preparation. It is food grade enzyme, so it is harmless to human body.
2.It may cause skin and eye irritating to some sensitive people. Safety devices such as masks and eye patches are suggested.
3.Pancreatin is a bioactivitor that can be easily inhibited and damaged by heavy metal ion (Fe3+,Cu2+,Hg+,Pb+) and oxidants. So avoid contace with these substances while storaging and using.
