Indication

Extracted from chain mold, Mitomycin , it’s chemical structure contain benzene hydroquinone and acetyl imine base and ammonia chlorobenzoyl three active groups,and its role similar with alkylation agent. Mitomycin can and DNA chain form crosslinking can make the cell DNA depolymerization, restrain DNA, also have the inhibition to RNA replication.
