XQCL-vial washing machine is apply for cleaning outer diameter in 2-30ml vial, the output can fulfil 200-400 vials/min.

Working process:

Bulk of vials from in-feeding belt enter into ultrasonic washing tank, after experienced 60s ultrasonic washing while transferring to rotating carrier by screw bolt, and then will be carried to manipulator installed on big rotating drum .after turn over 180° and the vial mouth downwards, the vial will be flushing by 6 group needles with tracking way, the serial process includes two times PW, one time compressed air, one time WFI and last two times are compressed air ,in the same time there are water and air flushing the outface .After washed the vial mouth are turned to upwards and ransferred into tunnel by conveyor. This washing machine through inverter to adjusting run speed for change production capacity, also through PLC procedure to control each process linking in line.
