DPP-250G Blister Packing Machine (meets GMP & CE model) collects optical-mechanical-electrical as integration and it’s controlled by programable PLC system. This packager can also be equipped with servo traction device, fiber/mechanical/video detecting, photoelectric alignment device, and safety cover if customer need. DPP-250G packing machine can automatically accomplish process of forming, feeding, hot-sealing, pressing, cutting etc. This machine is suit for Aluminum /Plastic, Paper/Plastic and Aluminum/Aluminum packing of pharmacy, foodstuff, electron, medical equipment, metals goods.
This model machine is designed with function of easy equipping the following units in addition according to customer requirements:
1. hot/cold forming system
2. product hopper with automatic universal feeding device or special feeder
3. PLC Human-machine interface control and touch screen
4. Safety cover with alarm and machine stop
5. Batch numbers and expiry date embossing printing station on blister
6. Perforation station ( break line on blister)
7. Linkage station to cartoning machine
The main functions are:
1. Package: pharmaceuticals (capsules, tablets, pills, injection, soft gel, vial, ampoule); food (chewing gum, coffee, milk slice, candy, chocolate); other similar products (battery, electron, toothbrush, toys, knife, lipstick, hardware, liquid) and so on.
2. Production flow:
PVC --- preheating--- pocket forming --- feeding --- hot sealing --- code embossing --- (perforating) --- cutting--- waster collecting.
ALU foil--- cold extrusion- pocket forming--- feeding--- hot sealing--- code embossing --- (perforating) --- cutting--- waster collecting.
3. All functions of this packager are automatically completed continuously.
4. Besides the standard configuration, this model blister packing machine can also be equipped with other devices, e.g. Germany Siemens electrical equipment, Japan Panasonic servo traction, Germany Festo pneumatic components, Japan or France brand name camera detection.
5. This packager is designed with alu-alu, alu-pvc and paper-pvc packing functions, just to change the mould, not need extra cost and it also can be embossing printing lot numbers and expiry dates.
