I. Main Features
1. Crusher System(crush untreated fluff pulp for one time).
Perfect-designing and tight-fixed machine bracket. The thickness of steel plate is 20mm.
2 The cotton core is molded by web wheel and there is one 22kw wind pump to give good guarantee on the thickness of cotton core and the weight of cotton core. The tri-folding wrapping type on cotton core and it is pressed firmly.
3 Driving system adopts gear boxes, universal shaft, circle-arc gear and timing belts. The driving parts are installed on the bottom of the machine and the driving precision is very high and the machine consumption is very low.
4 With upper tissue and lower tissue supplying units.
5 The key press-cut rollers adopt universal shafts to drive, so it is very fast and the knives’ life can get a good guarantee.
6 The SAP powder mixed adding unit. It adopts screw forwarding adding type so it gives good guarantee on the well mix of SAP and cotton core. The feed-in volume of SAP powder can be controlled by step-less regulator during production.
7 With surface material feeding unit, mechanical tension controlling unit and semi-auto material feeding unit.
