Tooth type of Refiner plates are A,B,C,D,F,G.(from left to right).

Refiner plate is special spareparts for DD-series double disc refiner .

1.Nickel and Chromium alloy cast iron material have got more durable and more working life time .

2.Fiberizing and beating any kinds of paper pulp,wet weight control is strong,long life time so as to acquire the high quality paper pulp .

3.During beating process ,the tooth is stand up to be blunt . 

4.Refiner plate is classified by left-hand rotation and right-hand rotation.For avoiding confusing different group refiner discs,we have draw different colors such as red, yellow, white and blue on the back.

5.Refiner plate is sorted by rotator disc and static disc ,R is for rotator disc  signed on the back and fixed on the rotator plate; S is for static refiner disc signed on the back and fixed  inside of the cavity and move base.6.It is marked numbers on the back of refiner plates so as to be convenient to assemble.
