Foshan Folk Art Research Institute was set up by the government in 1956, and the controlling company Foshan Folk Art & Culture Development Co., Ltd are the professional institute and company for protecting, researching, creating, manufacturing and trading Foshan traditional folk arts including paper-cut, scenery colored lantern, wood-block New-Year paintings, autumn color arts, lion dance, and so on.
