Product Features:
1. The product is made of imported vegetable oil as the base material, without benzene. After scientific refining and preparation, its non-toxic, harmless, tasteless, non-polluting, non-volatile, feeling smooth, rub-resistant, anti-UV, anti-corrosive, crystal and transparent:
2. Water resistance: paint film wont fall off or whiten;
3. Dirt resistance: Its resistant of sweat and beer, easy to clean;
4. UV resistance: it easily adapts to climate and environment, the paint film wont burst, turn up, or shed while exposed under the sun ,bringing cool summer and warm winter to comfortable room.
5. Corrosion resistance: after soaking deeply or sprayed and absorbed by osmosis, paint film has great resistance of water, moisture, algae, corrosion and erosion by insect.

Product application:
1. Indoor: Solid wood furniture, veneer furniture, solid wood flooring, wood laminate flooring, bamboo furniture, bamboo flooring, solid wood doors and windows, solid wood cabinets, veneer cabinets, wood toys, wall plates, hotels, villas , suite, bamboo craft ornaments, etc..
2. Outdoor: Garden, wood pavilion, wood bridges, wood doors and windows, flooring, wood park furniture, wood railings, wood beach furniture, anti-corrosion products, etc.
3. Ancient architecture (archaized building) decoration, repairing.
Technique parameter:
1. Major components: natural vegetable oil.
2. Gloss: (1) indoor: plain GFE-3692, matte GFE-1563; (2) outdoor: plain GFE-9638, GFE-2618, matte GFE-3216.
3. Color: wood color, transparent and non-ferrous, solid color.
4. Drying time: keep drying for 12-24 hours under the temperature at 25 / relative humidity at 65 , (if coating is thicker, or the temperature is lower, relatively drying time should be longer.)
5. Coating weight: about 6-10 / kg.
Process Technology:
1. Coating with high-quality wool brush, then rubbing, dipping, spraying and roller coating using dry clean cotton cloth;
2. Embedding and padding color →sanding → dedusting →brush, wiping, dipping, spraying, roller coating to be dry →second operation → third operation →dry for more than 12 hours ,acceptance and packing.
Note:
1. Protective glasses, masks, gloves and work suit should be well worn during work.
2. Keep the work location clean, and the operating temperature higher than 25 , relative humidity lower than 75 , wood moisture content less than 15%.
3. Polish and dust the substrate surface, keep it away from oil, wax, offset printing.
4. Under normal construction, the film conservation is 7 days. If film is thicker or the temperature is lower, the film conservation time should be longer. So, waxing, pressure, friction, and cleaning by water or solvent, are all not allowed during the period.
5. The construction cant be handled at the same time or same place with cement construction; otherwise, it easily reacts with the alkaline substance which will make the paint film off. NC and PU oils are also not allowed.
6. Please test the products before use it to confirm the integration of your own process and product applications.
