IntroductionUV gravure crepe ink is a newly-developed gravure UV curing ink that our company did in two years successfully by introducing advanced overseas technology and investing abundant humanpower and a large outlay of scientific research. Compared with the silk-screen crepe ink, the printing thickness only has half of the previous one, which is helpful for the printing press to save plentiful material cost. Being as a newly-developed hi-tech product, it also embodies the feactures of rapid printing speed, high efficiency, little postprinting residua, and more elegant printing effect.

Using Methods and Notice 1.The UV gravure crepe ink is applicable to the gravure of single sheet of paper, requiring fine and exact line in plate roller making. The line quantity and depth will be elaborately designed according to printing effect, which is convenient for ink transfer and transmittal.2.Can be used direclty on the machine and be adjusted via dilution properly according to the required printing effect, using our companys special colour-thinner. Suggesting to use three 120W/cm high-voltage mercury lamps as dry curing lamps.3. Airtight preservation at shady & cool, and light-avoiding place. Six-month storage period.
