Properties:
It is a carboxyl saturated polyester resin, to be used together with epoxy resin (at the rate of 50:50) to produce hybrid powder coating, giving high gloss, good flow effect, wonderful mechanical properties, pretty decorative effects, excellent yellowing resistance and marked exterior durability.

Clamp set temperature: 100-120°C
Helix pole temperature: 60°C
Rotational speed: 60rpm
Curing condition: 185°C/15 min. (metal temperature)

Gloss (60°C): ≥ 90%
Bend (mm): ≤ 6
Impact intensity: ≥50kg .cm
