Modified PE powder is a kind of anticorrosion coating which is based on polyethylene resins and mixed with various functional additives and pigments. The coating covers are excellent with mechanical, anti-aging, acid-alkali resistance and salt fog resistance. The surface could be textured and smooth (with semi, medium and high glossy).

 

 

PIPE APPLICATION PE COATING POWDER(PI- TYPE)

 

PI- TYPE is used for pipe applications, such as coating the inner and outside of drain pipes, drinkable conduits and process pipes.

Features:

Modified PE coating powder has good adhesion, and could be made all kinds of color as clients’ demands.

 

Usage: 

1) Surface rust removal and strengthening for production (pre-treating and cleaning).

2) Heat production to 330±30°C(the temperature should adjusted according to realist) .

3) Dip production into fluidized bed for 10~15 seconds, and make their surface runoff at 230 ±10°C.

4) Cool by water or air.

Storage: Kept at dry, shady and cool places, avoided from sunshine and rain.
