The quality of dewaxed bleached shellac depends on good process technology and quality raw material. Good quality seed lac needs carefull treatment from stick lac harvest, storage to process of seed lac, in case stick lac stored in high temperature and high moisture content, the stick lac will become block and solid during storage, this gives rise to the quality of seed lac become worse. With advanced technolgy and based on stable supply of seed lac from south of Yunnan--the main shellac harvest area in China, we strictly control the quality of seed lac in the whole supply chain. Each year, we produces 600 ton food grade bleached dewaxed shellac for domestic and oversea customers. The product is up to FDA requirements. According to current national food sanitary standard (GB2760), the shellac can be used in the fields of fruit coating for apple and citrus, candy as well as other product in food industrial.
