Production Flow:
1.Ready the material with your size in the stock. – 1 day
2.Finishing the formwork of the copper plates upon your artwork designs. – 3 days
3.Proceed the printing after you confirm plate formwork. –1 day
4.Need stay in the cooling room about 17 centigrade degree to assure well printing.Otherwise, the ink may melt to take undesirable effect. – about 12 hours
5.Be compound the material with others. – half a day
6.Keeping dry in the dried room to insure the compound with good quality. – 2 days
7.Prechecking the quality after lapping and cutting sides -1 day
8.Rechecking and test the whole bag quality carefully under the QC department. And count and pack the bag nice – 1 day
9.Ready shipment.
