Various gift paper bags are all available in Tercel Printing.

Common printing :

250 g or 300g etc.(one-side coated art paper or matt art paper,kraft paper etc.). Matt glue glossy glue,stringing.

 

Processing method:

After printing, it needs to wrap or string to form the handbag.

The string could be selected from nylon, cotton or paper style. If it is rather large, it needs to rivet the stringing hole.

 

Manufacturing:

1.The dimension of upper edge folding is usually 40MM.

2.The dimension of bottom edge folding is usually 2/3 of the width,equally to 45MM.

3.The dimension of side bonding is usually 20mm, usually in the border side.

4.The hard board at the bottom could be selected.

 

Dimension:

The common dimension of handbag ,by length X width X height, is 22X6X32cm,31X8.5X28cm,30.5X11.5X41cm. The standard dimension is:400mm x 285mm x 80mm.

 

Material:

The material paper of handbag could select and use 157 g and 200g art paper. If packed product is more heavy, 300g art paper or more than 300g cardboard. However art paper or cardboard usually need tectorial membrane or matt membrane to gain in strength.  Moreover, because of white craft strong tenacity, and pro-environment, it is used to make handbag more and more. Usually we could choose 120g or 140g white or yellow craft and oil coated to protect the printing inks cleanliness when making the handbag.
