Application:

Take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used 

 in boiler, heating & warming.  After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.

Raw material:

coal powder, charcoal powder, coking coal, coke breeze, dusting ash, pond slob, fire coat, steel slag, 

iron fine power, aluminum ash powder etc.

Working process:

•Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

•Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

•Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

•Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

•Carbonized the briquette stick
