The wind power flexible cables are suitable for connecting wind generator and other appliances, such as engine cabinet.

It has the following features:

1)  cold-resistance(-40°C0;

2)  oil-proof(refrigerant and lubrication oil);

3)  distortion resistance;

4)  flame retardant;

5)  sea water corrosion resistance.

 

It is produced according to standard TICW/01-2009.

Conductor material: superfine stranded bare copper wire

Conductor structure: the fifth copper or tinning copper conductor specified in GB/T3956-2008

Withstand test of power frequency alternating current:

   The rated voltage 450/750v cable: 2.5kv/5min, no breakdown

   The rated voltage 0.6/1kv cable: 3.5kv/4h, no breakdown

   The rated voltage 1.8/3kv cable: 6.5kv/4h, no breakdown

The continuous maximum conductor temperature for operation of the cable: it is 70°C if the voltage class is 450/750v; while the other two classes are 90°C..

The maximum short circuit(not more than 5s) temperature of the conductor: If the insulation is IE4 type, the temperature is 140°C. If the insulation is EPR or G type, the temperature is 250°C.

The Min. bending radius: it is not less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

The Min. environment temperature can be -25°C if it is ordinary cable, while the temperature can be -40°C if it is cold-resistance cable, and the temperature can be -55°C if it is severe-cold-resistance cable.

It has strong mechanical properties and high flexibility.

It has property of flame retardance: if it is single core, the test result satisfy standard GB/T18380.11-2008, if it is bundled cables, the result satisfy state standard GB/T18380.31-2008.

The service life time can be longer than 20 years according to the test result.
