Pho-copper-silver and pho-copper brazing alloys are easy-flow ,low cost ones and shows perfect performance in contacting brazing ,oxy-acetylene brazing, induction brazing and furnace brazing. the joint strength is higher and conductivity is better. Flux is required while brazing brass to brass. Pho-copper-silver alloys have good wettability, high strength and toughness of toughness of brazing seam and lower melting point. The heating speed should be as quick as possible while brazing.The joint is to be bright grey and will reture to the original color of bronze into 10% sulphuric acid.
