1. The inverter adopts rapid SCR to form parallel inverter circuit.

2. The seam annealer power source adopts the integration design of rectifying/inverter to achieve more compact structure and convenient maintenance.

3. Adopt typical voltage and current intersection angle method timing phase-lock control to make the operation more reliable and high efficient; the adoption of tank circuit overvoltage/overcurrent protection circuit ensures the power supply protection to be more precise.

4. Adopt clutters wave start-up method with small impact and high successful rate.

5. Tank circuit and plane inductor can be installed on adjustable mechanical positioning table, which can adjust the relative distance between inductor and pipe seam to be fit for the pipe online annealing of variable specifications.

6. Adopt PLC and thermometric instrument of high precision to realize temperature closed loop to control the annealing temperature.

7. Adopt industrial control computer to realize management, storage and remote communication of technics parameters.
