Product description:
I. Properties:
(1) Appearance: milk white paste.
(2) Composition: high molecular polymer latex and filling compound
(3) Ion type: Negative ion type or Non-ionic type
II. Characteristics
(1) Good screen-passing property, strong covering power, soft hand feeling.
(2) Good elasticity, good fastness, well washable
(3) Smooth and lustrous surface, not sticky to hands
III. Application scope:
It is suitable for deep or light colored elastic cotton fabrics or cotton blended fabrics.
IV. Reference formulae:
(1) When used singly: 100 percent of W28 elastic white paste
(2) When it is used for light color printing: 35 to 60 percent of W28 elastic white paste
60 to 35 percent of W28 elastic transparent paste
+ Coating 5~10%

V. Printing processes
Generally, it should be overprinted at least 2 times in order to have a smooth surface and reach a good covering effect. A layer of bright paste printing may be added to have a special lustrous effect.

VI. Precautions
(1) 100 to 200 meshed screen printing is used
(2) Air drying for at least 7 days under a temperature of at least 20.
(3) Suitable for flat screen printing
(4) If it is baked for 2 minutes under a temperature of 150, the fastness is increased, but the elasticity is decreased.
(5) Pigment printing will affect the fastness and elasticity, especially when red, blue or black color is added; therefore, users are suggested to use color printing paste when carrying out pigment printing
(6) Do not mix it with positive ion type printing additives
(7) The Quality guarantee period is 6 months under room temperature.
