The tension of weaving beam is controlled with three rubber rollers and yarn press roller separately. Tension adjustable according to different weaving requirement.

Controlled by manual or automatically the head frame and off end frame can move separately leftwards and rightwards or can move synchronistically. Self-lock function available, fit for different working width requirement.

Two sets of expansion reeds available in front and back. Fine adjustment to leftwards or rightwards can be made to ensure proper edge alignment. Inching function available for guarantee the evenness of yarn winding on the beam.

Two sets of brakes, electromagnetic brake for length counting device, pneumatic disc brake for warp beam, has long service life, ensure smooth and reliable performance.
