1.  Summary

Generally, BTS is built outdoors. It is easily damaged and stolen. If so, It will caused serious and enormous losses for the mobile communication system. So the security surveillance of BTS is getting more and more attention. Based on 3G network surveillance system timely stores local monitoring video and transmits alarm video to monitoring center.  It can not only reduce the labor strength and significantly improve work efficiency, but also effectively decrease BTS theft events and prevent crime.

2.  Solution Design

3G router connects to DVR and is always online. DVR connects to infrared ray detector and siren, and records the local surveillance video in real time in its HD. Once some intruder enters the infrared ray monitoring area, detector will output alarm signal to DVR and trigger DVR to snap and transmit alarm video. Meantime, the siren will whistle. In monitor center, there is an prompting voice via speaker when remote site happened alarm. Also, the alarm video can stored in the monitoring server.

3. System composition

Video collection and alarm devices include infrared ray detector, siren, camera and DVR.
