CTR04A control box for aviation obstruction light
Description
CTR04A control box is a microprocessor outdoor controller device for monitoring and controlling obstruction lights, mostly for telecom, GSM, Microwave and TV towers.
Connected with external photocell, the control panel will turn on/off automatically obstruction lighting system from dusk to dawn. Even at day time, the control panel is still in monitoring status.
CTR04 can be preprogrammed for different obstruction lighting configurations.

1 MECHANICAL
l Stainless steel 304 Enclosure, IP67, outdoor type, good corrosion resistance
l Circuit breaker switch, surge protection and terminal block are suitable for DIN rail mounting
l The enclosure door is secured by four captive screws
l Supplied with PG13.5 cable glands
l Four threaded mounting holes in the back of control box, suitable for attaching to any vertical surface or rack mounting.
Ø ELECTRICALl Control up to four channels light output, each channel control up to four LED low intensity obstruction lights or one LED medium intensity beacon.
l Steady-burning and flashing mode adjustable by DIP switch
l Auto/manual mode by DIP switch
l Photocell with prewired shielded cable in five meters long
l Transfer relay for “service+standby” double obstruction light system
l LED indicator for lights, power, photocell operation status
l Dry contact alarm output for lights and power
l NO or NC alarm output contacts optional as customer alarm device type
l Overvoltage protection and MOV surge protection
l Circuit breaker protection and fuse protection
