For SMS, it is easier operation, customers make order via mobile phone, printer receives orders and automatically print out, and printer operator can select confirm or reject orders, enter the delivery time or reject reasons.Then the orders will be sent back to customers.Another, u can also install a GSM modem, and customer places their order via sms. Server forwards order to the SMS Printer located in restaurant kitchen. Restaurant acknowledges/prints order and specifies optional delivery time. Customer receives acknowledgement of order and expected delivery time. For GPRS, it requires u have your own website platform, including the ip addr, port, filepath, callback url.The device uses data to communicate with the website, the device will retrieve the information and process it accordingly and convert the mark-up data to a complete order. The devices can also feedback the confirmation of the order via GPRS connection to the website server in order to update the website database with the order status.
