The Hydraulic Beading Machine for barrel cover of solar water heater is our own developed patented product. It is mainly used for processing the solar water heater barrel’s outside cover. Its overall structure is steel welded and has ageing treatment. With special model, this machine uses hydraulic cylinder to drive a lever motion to move a sliding panel working. The both sides will be made in one time. The model has functions of product positioning, forming, guiding and resetting. We can make the sliding panel pressure head to fit different size models. The main features of the machine are high processing rate, easy operation and depressed tonnage adjustable according to the panel thickness.
