Introduction1.Cool scarf is a new-invented product which can be used quite easily, just put it in water and then you can enjoy the long-lasting coolness. 2.The inner macromolecule can absorb large amount of water and it will lower down temperature of human body when the water vaporize. Usage                        1. put the middle part of this product into water, about 100 ml for 10-15 minute. Tap water and pure water are both suitable, but please do not use salty water which may damage the product. If inner material flow, use your hand to make it even.  2. use towel to absorb extra water. Do not screw it hardly, it may damage the product.          3. please put it on forehead or neck and other suitable position, the coolness may be different according to different environment.                    4.
