Usage: 

  

1. Soak the middle part in cold water for 5-10 minute, tap water and pure water are both suitable. Make insided polymers even when it flow.

2. use towel to absorb extra water. Do not screw it hardly, it may damage the product.

3. Please put it on forehead or neck and other suitable position, the coolness may be different according to different environment.

4. Polymers with ice-storage, it would be coller if you put in freezer before you used; If it is not cool enough, please use other side or put into water again.

Washing instructions:
