Elastomeric bearing is made of natural rubber, neoprene or EPDM. Steel plates are vulcanized inside the rubber. This kind of product has been widely used in the construction of bridges ,roads, and buildings.
Standard configuration is suitable for application temperatures of - 40° C to + 50° C and corres-ponds to shear modulus class G = 0.90 N/mm² according to EN 1337-3. Bearings according to other standards or requests, for example AASHTO, can also be supplied.
