The KD-9 carries a guarantee for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase against defective material or poor workmanship.

 Preparation

A.     Loosen the knurled nut when device is cold.

B.     Insert each leg of the blade and tighten the knurled nuts. Make sure that the blade and the cutting head have optimal contact. If both legs of the blade are not properly installed, the unit will not hear up

Cutting

A.Actuate switch and the blade will heat up.

B.Avoid direct short circuit between cutting heads.

C.Do not use metallic rulers for guiding the blade.

D.Clean cutting heads with enclosed wire brush.

This does not include consequential damage or defects caused by failure to comply with operating instructions. Improper use of use of blades other than those supplied by us will result in the loss of all warranties. Please return the hot knife in its original packaging along with the invoice.
