YIXIN series of UHMWPE filament-yarn-based UD fabrics (also called UD prepreg) are developed by We Jiangsu Zhongyi Special Fiber.
Using UHMWPE fiber, we manufacture unidirectional fabric in our advanced facility on which the yarn could be uniformly spread, special environmental friendly bullet proof elastic resin impregnated (water soluble resin emulsion), plied at 0°/90°, sandwiched with extreme thin films, thermally boned by means of orthogonal laminating.
Depending on our unique technologies, our UHMWPE UD fabric has various merits of soft, lightweight, strong tenacity, great elastic modulus, high energy absorption.
Bullets can be defined as projectiles of various shapes and consistencies shot from weapons such as pistols, revolvers and rifles. Fragments could be caught by rein-impregnated UHMWPE UD layers.

Package:
Our standard export package is a strong carton with the dimension of 171cm× 28cm×29.5cm, approximate 50kg per roll as net weight (54kg as gross weight).
We roll up by winder, using strong plastic tube as the rotation core, the rolls are protected by thick EPE foam sheet, then packed into corrugated cardboard cartons. Shipmark could be pasted on the package.
