According to the different board section, the guest could choose different extruders, like parallel extruder or conical twin-screw extruder. And meanwhile, the other parts of the production line, like vacuum shaping and forming table, haul-off, transverse saw cutter, stacks could be selected according to the different extruder. The capacity of the main extruder is optional from 250kgs to 800kgs. The haul-off adopts the special up-down technology of our company, which leads the advantages of stable working, reliable, good haul-off strength. The vacuum shaping and forming table adopts special-designed enlargement vortex cooling system to meet the need of cooling the plate.
