QDZT-300 WINDOW&DOOR PROFILE LAMINATING MACHINE

Usage: It’s mainly used for colorful lamination on profile width less than 300mm, and it dispenses polyurethane glue.Coating system uses scratch manner,and consistents with national standards applicable to solvent-based glue.

Main characteristic:  the machine body is welded by 10# U-steel and steel panel through aging treatment and then processing by Longmen milling totally with high accuracy. including 3 groups main roller, and it makes machine running stable and noiseless. Touching screen operating control system and equipment flow chart diagram can make you observe machine running condition clearly. Temperature control adopts far-infrared sensor automatically controlled by PLC.  PLC automatically adds temperature when speed changed. Prima coating device adopts USA original pneumatic diaphragm pump, automatically recycling without waste and safe. The prima tank has three filtering. Pneumatically unreeling and magnetic clutch; PVC film calibration device is designed reasonably with high accuracy and sensibility, digital showing adjusted size, and deviation ≤0.2mm; Main roller lifting adopts linear bearings with counter, easy and convenient.
