2. Working principle:
The main part of three-column bottom auto-discharge centrifuge is a owl and its functional parts of scraper action,mechanical drive and casing are all modularized.They can realize the optionally multifunction combination.
Mode of scraper action:hydraulic,pneumatic,electric or manual.
Starting mode:converter or clutch.
Braking casing:convertinoal braking unit,manual braking shoe.
Cover: full opening lid ,semi-opening lid or closed lid.
The bowl casted in stainless steel rotates simutaneously together with the mainshaft,whichi is driven by the pully with the conductive stscic v-belt by a motor.The product is fed into the feeding pipe from the bowl's sidewall through.The product liquid is splashed onto the bowl'swall under a centrifuge force field.The liquid phase flows into the casing space througe the strainer and perforation,falling on the chassis and then draining out from the liquid outlet,and solid phase is letf behind the inner surface of the strainer.The product layer thickness is controlled by the special decicated detector of the product level.Both feeding and washing will be contolled by the only used feeding valve. After dewatering the bowl speed reduces and the solid procuct will be scraped off by the scraper and then dischaarged out of the bowl from bottom outlet.
