High efficency spray dryer for ceramic industry
This series spray dryer is used to produce powder material for building ceramic,daily ceramic,electro porcelain and chemical,food,medicine,farm chemical,metallurgical industry.
The machine uses middle-pressure mud pump to feed mud into sprayingnozzle,the mud is dried into similar Spherical particle by heated air in the tower.And then, it is discharged from the valve of the tower bottom.After cleaned by the dust collecting cyclone and wet dust collector,waste gas is discharged from chimney.
The machine works continuously.It has the advantage : stable moisture and good fluidity of drier powder. It is especially suitable for equipping with auto press.
