The Wireless Occupancy Sensor combines occupancy sensing technology with energy-harvesting and wireless technologies.

The occupancy sensor is powered by built-in solar cells and uses passive infrared (PIR) motion detectors that sense changes in infrared radiation which occur when there is movement by a person (or object). Its primary application is where a sufficient amount of egress lighting is always present. The sensor can be used in Auto-ON/Auto-OFF application. With YTL receivers, delay period can be set; lights can also be turned on /off gradually.

The product is powered by solar cell, no battery or line power is necessary.

The product can be mounted anywhere and reconfigure or relocated as needed, no costly and time-consuming wiring installation.

With the brightness sensor, this function only takes effective during evening; therefore, more energy can be saved.

 

This product can be used in offices, hotels, schools, homes, factories, hospitals, municipal buildings, and other indoor places where sun light is available.

The sensor is designed for indoor use only.

Do not touch or cover the solar cell covers or sensor heads; it will affect the sensor performance.
