Thermoformable blister film for packaging and sterilising of medical and surgical items. Suitable for most types of packaging machines. Sealable with standardised, coated or uncoated, medical grade papers manufactured for the same purpose.
2. MATERIALS
Coextruded polypropylene/polyethylene film. Materials contain no toxic agents and have been permitted for use in medical instruments packages.3. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

4. QUALITY
Thickness profile and grammage tolerance: +/- 10%

Cosmetic requirements:
-no dirt or dust
-no bubbles or gels size below 0.8 mm more than 20/m2, size 0.8-1.0 mm more
than 10/m2, size
over 1.0 mm more than 1/m2.
-no wrinkles
-laminate is transparent, no delaminated spots, channels etc
Slitting quality:
-when checked visually by unaided eye, no nicks or cuts and no linting of the material
Certificate of conformity is prepared from every production lot and supplied to the customer.
5. PACKAGING
Every single roll is wrapped in the polyethylene wrap. Rolls are loaded on 110*110 cm pallets and the pallet is wrapped in the stretch film.
