High Strength Pure PTFE Yarn
Pure PTFE Yarn Material:
1. Pure PTFE yarn is made of expanded PTFE resin and high temperature-resistant lubricants through special treatment.
2. Having a high strength, low creep and good self-lubrication.
3. Used for braiding of seal packings or other sealing elements.
4. Working in highly dynamic conditions, when enhanced elasticity is required i.e. mixers etc.
5. Increased smoothness and rigidity if the shaft extends the lifetime of the packings and improves the sealing.
6. Pure PTFE Yarn with oil is used for braided packing .PTFE yarn with silicon oil. Grade A, B, C can satisfy different demands.
7. Normal Grade B & C is for core yarn.

1. The yarns are used for manufacturing of high performance braided packings on diagonal or regular braiding machines.
