NMP is a colorless to slightly yellow liquid, with a faint amine odor. NMP is miscible with water and conventional organic solvents. Melting Point:-23.6°C, Boiling Point:204°C, Flash Point:91°C, Density@25°C: 1.028 g/ml. It is excellent solvent, widely used in petrochemical, pesticide, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials which used as acetylene concentration, gas desulphurization, lubricant refining and antifreezes, olefins extractant, solvent of unsolvable engineering plastic, herbicide, insulator, integrated circuit making, recovery of PVC trail gas, purification agent, dye additive, dispersant, etc..
