Active Printing Binder (EM8324)

1)General Description

This product is viscous liquid, made up of pure acrylates copolymer. It is widely used in conton textile, polyester-cotton (T/C)and other kinds of textile printing and hand printing. It is a kind of high performance eco-friendly binder.

2)Technique Data

1. Appearance, Milk viscous liquid

2. Solid content,40±1%

3. Brookfield viscosity, 500mPa.S

4. PH value,7.5-8.5

5. Minimum film-forming temperature: -22°C

6. Ionic type, Anion

7. Dilution, mix with water at any rate

3)  Property and Features:

1.Formaldehyde free, small APEO, meet eco-friendly standard.

2.High osmotic force,even bridging density; good fastness to washing and strong resistance to friction.

3.Lower Tg, integral plasticization,maintain good elasticity and flexibility in cold temperature(-10°C).

4.Low viscosity,easy to disperse and mix. Have good intermiscibility with many dyestuffs.

5.Self-cross linking at cold temperature. No resistance to screen printing.

This product is nontoxic and nonhazardous, carcinogen free.

It is not allowed to eat. Clean with water when getting on skin.

Packed in sealed containers and placed shady and cool indoor place.
