A number of channels go shares the circular hollow spindle of the vertical turntable filter; several filter plate lined with the spindle. Each filter plate is composed of several separate fan-shaped pieces to form a filter surface. Fan chip is a separate filter unit, corresponds to a channel on hollow spindle, filter plates rotate clockwise, and filter cloth(mesh) mounted on both sides of the filter plate, vacuum pump air is connected to the appropriate channel on the hollow spindle through the cross-air disk, the solid particles of pulp lead to negative pressure by vacuum in the corresponding filter plate then the filter cake formed on the disk. Filtrate go through the filter cloth enter into the filter plate, then the filtrate discharge through distribution head. After the cake was dried, recoil unloading. Each district has gone through the suction - dry - cleaning process.
